I was in stop and go traffic for over an hour... all of a sudden I noticed my car was not accelerating and the PRND12 was flashing.... I pulled over called my mechanic he said turn the car off and back on... this initially did not work, but as I drove and accelerated, it kicked in. I took it to my mechanics, he had it for 2 weeks (part had to be ordered from Germany)... no problem, it was covered by my extended warranty. Last week, stuck in traffic again (happens a lot in Los Angeles) and the same thing happens, this time, I turned it off and back on and it reset. Is this a "common" thing with Audi's and stop and go traffic? Any one else have this issue?
