The contact owned a 2000 Audi TT. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 01V325000 (Suspension); however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, there was a loud squeaking sound coming from the rear of the vehicle. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer but was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 117,680. Parts distribution disconnect.
