After programming all the presets, using both radio and Sirius XM stations, a few weeks later, the presets were wiped out, Since then, I had reprogrammed them, and at most, a week later, “No Favorites Found”. It is really annoying, and when taken to the dealer for service, “the problem could not be replicated”. I am taking it again at the end of the month and leaving the presets empty to see what they say. It’s precisely these types of stupid issues and the complete disregard from the dealer to address it that makes me regret ever having leased this car.
