Our car is no longer reliable or useable as it is down to using 1 qt of oil every 50 – 100 miles – there is no oil in the coolant. The car has been used regularly since I picked it up – occasionally we have towed a trailer that weighs around 2860 lbs. That's a far cry from the 6,600 lbs. of the advertised towing capacity. I have weighed the vehicle with trailer to confirm weight of trailer.
We are completely out of patience with this issue & feel Audi has done nothing but “kick the can†with no resolution. For the record, we demand a COMPLETE NEW ENGINE AND A COMPLETE NEW EXHAUST TREATMENT SYSTEM.
Please reply at your earliest convenience but no later than EOB on Jan 4 with next steps.
