Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 85 number 13-12 dated January 22, 2013. The air distribution fins in either of the outer instrument panel vents do not adjust. The fins may be broken or loose and cause a rattling sound. The fins may also be missing. This condition arises due to a tolerance issue with the components in the mechanism during production.
