I have a 2011 Prem Plus S Line Q7 (Fully Loaded) , Pay very deary ... The 2 front seats there is a serious wave in the leather seats. This vehicle has approx 20,000 Miles, what will happen at 40,000 or 60,000 miles - no seats at all. Spoke to dealer and they say nothing they can do unless ripped!!!
Doesn't make sense, we pay premium dollars to drive Quality and to me this isn't quality but rather premature wear- Totally Unacceptable when you are paying TOP DOLLAR for this kind of Vehicle. I hope that AUD steps up to the plate and takes care of this issue!
