The front seats are heated/ventilated- part of the “Premium Plus†package. The dealer service tech I first spoke with tried to tell me the seats were working “within Audi specs†- I think he wrote that in the repair order. But after discussion with the service manager and assistant manager, they agreed that the driver seat heating to “88 degrees†and the passenger heating to “95 degrees†was defective. The rear seats heat up over 100 degrees! I showed them numerous Audi forum complaints of the same. They agree to look into it.
About a week later, the service manager says the Audi rep told him this is “an emerging area of concern for Audi of Americaâ€, but cannot give me any idea when it will be fixed.
I absolutely would not have bought this car if I knew it did not have heated seats that actually worked. If they can’t fix it soon, I consider this a lemon.
