TSB Document:
Affected Component: EQUIPMENT:APPLIANCE:AIR CONDITIONER
- Summary
- The air conditioning system does not blow cold air. DTCs are stored in the air conditioning / heating electronics control module, J255 (address word 08). In the course of diagnosis, the refrigerant circuit volume is checked and the refrigerant volume is correct. No leaks can be found. Normally, the diagnostic conclusion faults the high pressure sensor G395, and it is subsequently replaced. The air conditioning system then functions normally. G395 sensors returned to Auburn Hills for testing reveal no malfunction with the sensor.
