In January 2022, my power steering didn’t work and the computer signal lamp tell me to stop driving the car. So the Audi dealer replace without charge the electromechanical steering under a recall warranty from Audi Canada.. But in September 2023 I improve really dangerous driving sensation when my steering was didn’t giving any direction assistance and I have to hold firmly the steering wheel to turn right or left to go back to my house and my Audi dealer. The car Audi computer never give me a problem signal. Then My Audi dealer repair at my charge of 1300$ Canadian (1000$ US) with replacement of the steering column joint. Neither my Audi dealer or Audi Canada want to assume the charge because they didn’t rely it to the warranty recall replacement of the electromechanical steering default. But at the ends, for me they didn’t assume their responsibilities to assure their customers and clients a secure driving.
