2013 Audi Q5
TSB Document:
Affected Component: ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:COOLING SYSTEM
- Summary
- Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 01 number 13-74 dated March 12, 2013. Customer may report MIL on and loss of performance. Under extreme driving conditions (e.g. long idle periods or extended stop and go traffic), high temperatures can build up in the rail system and may lead to fluctuations in fuel pressure, possibly causing DTC P008700 (fuel rail pressure too low) to be stored. Coolant temperature above 102°C in the freeze frame data can be an indicator of those extreme driving conditions.
