This is annoying when the lower part of the windshield gets the fluid to clean the dust or bird droppings, the middle part gets smeared and blocking the view of the road, and the upper part of the wiper is completely DRY scraping a dry surface. The dispense should angle HIGHER and AIM for the middle of the windshield so the fluid can be distributed fairly normally. The Audi Dealership at Bellevue (Washington, USA) said that this is a normal thing in ALL Q3 compact SUVs. They demonstrated this by showing me a loaner car doing the same thing: shooting it low. My car was 3 days old. No solution was offered to fix it. This will impact my next car.
