Simply stated we are fed-up with the Q3 Audi we purchased. There was a clutch break-down within 25 days of having bought the vehicle when for repairs an estimate of similar amount was given to us.
When we made several complaints to the top management they decided to waive the amount.
But exactly after an year we were faced with the clutch failing us again in heavy Mumbai traffic and we got stranded in the middle of the road besides the failed car of globally reputed makers of cars.
After facing the said humiliation we paid USD 1425 approx. again to fix the clutch plates. The fear of another failure is lurking in the mind. But does that bother the manufacturer? Audi is selling absolutely under-quality cars in India in the hope that their brand name is enough to subdue any kind of defect and complaints.
Their principals only last year admitted to wrongful parameters for emission levels of their cars. We are sure they have many such cats in the bag.
In the end we want that the Q3 car we have bought should be taken back and in exchange we be given another car with proven track record.
