Well after I posted my video. I took my car to Audi of Beverly Hills and as soon as I got there I told Adriel Sanders the (African American) Guy that it said that I have an Antenna Issue. He automatically gives me a rental car and that is $50 holding deposit they pay (supposedly) but I have to pay for accident insurance $26.99 a day. I don't have. So he calls me later on that day Tuesday, March 3, 2015, saying they are waiting for a diagnostics and it will take another day (Wednesday) so the next day he calls me and says he had to call the east coast Headquarters to see what he should do order anew antenna or a new Radio. So he calls me on Friday saying there closed for the weekend. Monday morning I call him at 10:00 am asking him to call them while its early he says I was about to call you and tell you we ordered the Antenna it will be here tomorrow. Tuesday Morning another whole week 8 days to be exact He says they have it, now it has to get painted. I'm like are you serious? He says yes so now it is Wednesday I am writing this and he says it will be ready Thursday at 10:00 am It should be against the law to be so ignorant to customers if we paying to buy a new car. Then I ask do I have to pay for this rental car he says just for one day,..which is now $41 a day after the first 48 hours. Signed an African American Women.
Update from Apr 4, 2015: Well I picked up my car on Friday April 3, 2015 and they had to install a new Antenna.
