dealer claims repaired once again. picked up on 11/08/2016. drove home. drove again morning of 11/9 only to find the rattle noise is back dash/mmi area.

brought vehicle back into service 3rd time. rattle concern in the MMI area they advised diagnosed and corrected

performed visual and functional inspection they found rattle overhead module.

again returned to deal and there is a rattle from the dash area near mmi display. dealer states m100 loose retightened. removed and reinstalled J794 unit inspected wire harness and others attachable parts inside the dashboard. inspected air vent duct for looseness and corrected.

took vehicle in and test drove with service tech. they felt normal noise heard. . rattle noise heard from center MMI screen dash area. dealer test drove and verified noise from front dash/mmi area screen. insulated again with felt and assembled back together.
