CarComplaints.com Notes: The 3rd generation A8 got off to a slow start. Really slow, like "limp home" slow thanks to leaking antifreeze frying the engine's control modules. Thankfully the problem was recalled in September 2016.

I took the car into the local Audi dealer and was quoted $700.00 to update the maps. This is outrageous! I called the Audi customer care line and they were of no help whatsoever. We rely on the GPS heavily and found that the Audi system continually comes up with routings that make no sense or have you end up on a street behind the location entered.
