CarComplaints.com Notes: The 3rd generation A8 got off to a slow start. Really slow, like "limp home" slow thanks to leaking antifreeze frying the engine's control modules. Thankfully the problem was recalled in September 2016.

The MMI is the pop up computer screen which displays all functions, controls, navigation and camera to the car. This just went out without any warning. I was told that it may cost as much as $3,000 to repair depending on which module that may need replaced. I guess I should feel grateful it was only a broken wire that somehow came loose however it still cost me $557.77 to repair this issue. I guess this must be a 18 carat gold wire or something.
