Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 91 number 14-45 dated June 20, 2014. MMI screen carrier shudders, shakes, and/or is noisy during operation. This bulletin only applies to vehicles with Navigation Plus (PR Number 8DY). For vehicles with Radio Plus, please follow standard diagnosis steps. The applicable vehicles can be clearly identified by the MMI touch interface pad on the control panel. Incorrect tolerances with the carrier slide mechanism can disrupt the travel of the screen.
