start/stop system fault, low temperature coolant

Bought Audi car 2 months ago and now I’m experiencing start/stop system failure??? People have reported the issue with 2017-2020 models but left out the 2016 model as well??? That’s not fair - it’s a faulty issue Audi should repair, given the vehicle is still certified as new!
