I have taken my car to more than one Audi Dealership. Audi of Orland Park, IL and Fletcher Jones Audi, Chicago, IL. Both said your breaks are in great condition and it's a known problem. Audi of Orland Park, IL basically said it's a known issue and you just have to deal with. Fletcher Jones Audi said my breaks were in great condition and they didn't hear any squeaking. So I went to pick up my car, and I heard the squeaking while I was still at the dealership. So the guys says this occurs because the breaks are so good and they're more durable. Then he says you have to come to a hard stop like you're driving a race car to get all the break dust off or back up real fast and come to a hard stop. I actually tried this out of frustration and it didn't work. It feels like I'm just putting more wear and tear on my breaks. If you look at most of Audi the recommendations about this issue they don't take the customer concerns seriously or just repeat the same thing. I'm never buying another Audi, this car would be perfect if it wasn't for this issue. It's a deal breaker, I prefer a nice quiet ride, however I sound like a bus when I come to a stop. Furthermore, the dealership insults your intelligence because they don't have a solution. While I was there a lady said my new breaks are squeaking and he said oh that's normal. Yes that's normal for Audi, not the rest of the world.
