This bulletin only applies to vehicles with Navigation Plus (PR Number 8DY). For vehicles with Radio Plus, please follow standard diagnosis steps. The applicable vehicles can be clearly identified by the MMI Touch touchpad on the E380. Incorrect tolerances with the carrier slide mechanism.
