Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 87 number 12-28 dated May 7, 2012. The customer may report that the climate control is sporadically in the ?off? state after the vehicle is restarted, when the climate control was previously ?on? before the ignition was shut off. The climate control unit sporadically does not recognize the ignition cycle change.
