Bought an Audi A6 Avant from Audi Wolverhampton - to find that it had body damage and had received a poor repair. They offered a respray but they did not even cover the scratches and a small dent when we had gone to pick the vehicle up. Subsequently, they offered us our money back, but £1000 LESS.
Audi UK customer service did not want to know. I will never buy an Audi again...the service has been dismal.
