2000 Audi AX6 axle broke, transmission is poor, left front rim cracked, rack and pinion worn, flood lights do not work, airbag, engine, electrical windows and sunroof failures. The inside lights did not work.
Near total loss of power (intermittent) 17 error codes in obd. New triptonic transmission 1 month after expiration of warentee. Extended warentee never offered by Audi. Error codes include throttle housing and cam error. I have spent nearly $7,000 in 10 monthes on mechanical repairs and mechanic says that I need approximatly $6,300 more. Audi said that I can have the dealer run a dignostic at my own expense. Addition to the $6,300 need. Check engine light has constantly come on since purchase. Dealer siad that he advises customer many times to disconnect light. Constant repairs since ownership. Audi is not helpfull.
One flat, one blowout and four severe loss of tire pressures (includes the flat and blowout. Out temperatures were below 30F. Oem tire experenced severe 50% loss of pressure.
Vibration or chuckle felt between 45mph and 75mph in floor near throttle and in seat of pass, also felt when climbing /declining on highway, at highway speed. Started at day one of buying this $52,000 vehicle. 12 visits to dealer for same repair,10 tires replaced and other parts.. Audi no help!
