This data is from the NHTSA — the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints are spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem.
So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
While driving during any snow the wheels get packed with ice and or snow to the point where the balance is severely thrown off necessitating stopping to clean out the wheels repeatedly in order to operate the car safely. Steering is compromised and the car shakes violently at speeds over 55-60 mph. Not to mention having to get out of the automobile on the roadside in a snowstorm to clean out the wheels. This poses both operational and situational safety concerns. I think Audi should supply wheels which are appropriate for winter driving, especially in this all-wheel drive automobile.
