Bought a 2013 A5 in May of 2021 with 15k miles. When I reached 36k, a tensioner failed on the drive chain as well and the fuel injector on cylinder 4 at the same time. Fortunately, I purchased extended warranty insurance which paid for the drive chain ($4600) but had to pay for the fuel injectors out of pocket. $1600 to replace all four.
My question is since there were two failures at the exact same time, are they related?
