So after spending $2500 on replacing gaskets and other BS that the dealership told me to do to fix the oil leak, I still had the oil light came on 3 weeks after I did a costly repair. Needless to say it was just a scam by the dealership to rip me off, since the issue was never fixed. The issue apparently is in the engine that burns the oil, and there was no leaks. Faulty pistons.
Now they tell me 2 months later after having to add oil every 3 weeks that I need to spend $7000 to replace the pistons inside the engine. What kind of f** is that? I never had a leak, the repairs were done - that were unnecessary repairs in the first place, and that never fixed the issue.
I have been needing to add oil every 2-3 weeks. Excessive oil consumption. The add 1 qt oil max light, doesnt turn off anymore and stays on. Took it to an Audi mechanic, he couldn’t find the problem.
I feel that the dealership got over on me and did not notify me of the current parts and labor lawsuit that should of covered the correct car repairs. I feel I paid for a service that probably wasn't the issue.
