My new Audi A5 has an expensive SatNav installed as an extra. The problem is you cannot enter a UK postcode. Having talked to the dealer I was most concerned that he brushed me off by saying they don't use postcodes in Germany. So why are they selling it as a UK feature SatNav when you can't enter a postcode My previous Audi Allroad could use UK postcodes so I had no reason to think that the A5 was any different. I can honestly say that if I had been told this at the purchase of the car I would not have had this as an extra. Can I demand my money back on the SatNav as not fit for purpose. The dealer does not want to know, but I hate being ripped off.
