ABS warning light came on intermittently with loud beeping, checked with Audi, quoted "common problem and will cost $3,300.00 to fix" . Went on the internet and find there were recalls all over the world but these cretins want me to pay to get it fixed. Timing is everything they say; we were about to trade two cars in on an A6 next week...not anymore. Audi's are a rip off of the very worst kind. This is the only Eurocar we've ever came across that lives up to that old wive's tale, 'Don't but European the parts will cost you a fortune.'
We've had 16 cars between us over 30 years and never had a single car cost more than $1200 for a part plus labor (and that was a gearbox). We've had Peugeots, Volvos, Mercs and Toyotas. This will be our first and last Audi.
