car jerks at low speed
I took very good care of this car. I mainly serviced it at Audi certified mechanics (not dealers). I changed the oil about every 5000 miles and performed the 35000 miles service. Both my mechanic and the dealer recommended to replace the transmission. Both were surprised that the transmission failed before 60000 miles. I spoke to Audi America and they said because I was not servicing it at their dealers (even though my mechanics were Audi certified) that they did not intend to provide any help with the repair. I no longer have faith in the quality of Audi cars.
Update from Aug 13, 2016: The worst part is that the there was no prior warning lights of transmission issues. Even now with the transmission behaving badly, there are still no dashboard warning lights.
