I had the trim piece fly off on the highway as many others have experienced. After contacting the dealer about the service bulletin they agreed to fix it under warranty. I received a call from the dealer the day it was being fixed claiming that there was something on the clips and somebody must have done something to the trim. The windshield had been replaced three years ago which was two and a half yrs before they inspected the clips. Now they want me to pay for both trim pieces since they removed the other. They are acting like they are giving me a deal not charging labor when I am sure nothing has been done to this car besides the windshield replacement.
