We bought a top of the line Acura TLX, SH-AWD with the Advanced Package. The passenger's door sill has the A-Spec model logo on it. I keep it there to remind myself how little Acura cares about quality. I wrote a letter to both the Honda CEO and Acura VP. No response. A year later while talking with Acura Client Relations she tells me, "Oh, here is your letter in your file." I asked if it was ever going to be answered. I'm still waiting. Makes me wonder what else on the car isn't correct?
