I had purchased a 2017 Acura TLX. Was never told it did not come with the spare. It came with a can of fix a flat and an air compressor that you use one time. When I lifted up where the spare would go and found it was empty like 8 months later. Called and it would cost $291.95 for the kit (jack, rim, holder) + $77.06 (just the tire) + $25.00 to mount tire + tax= $421.69.
I purchased the car for $32,000 plus the interest and now I have to purchase the spare tire stuff. I did wait this long to say something now that I have to take a long trip in the car. The can of fix a flat that you provided will not do a damn thing when it comes to a blow out. And if I have a blow out in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night, that could be dangerous for a women (who doesn't have her CCW like I do and certain states like NY does not honor a CCW). Bad, bad, bad idea when Acura thought of that. Acura needs to change all the fix a flats to the spare (donut).
