Honda is aware of this issue and it's been well-documented all over the internet. Many people are having this issue, but a few know where it's coming from. I brought it up with my service tech and they knew exactly what it was immediately. After further research, it's pretty clear that this is an issue for a lot of people, and Honda/Acura acknowledged this by creating a new drive-shaft that started showing up in 2013 models.
Sounds like a kettle whistling when you reach 20 km/h and gets louder until you're over 60 km/h or road noise takes over. This continues until you slow down below 20km/h. I contacted Honda Canada and they offered to pay for half the cost of the replacement, which was still over $700. I left it since it just makes Acura look bad when their cars drive past making that much noise.
