I bought a brand new 2010 Acura Tl base on 2010. About 2 years ago / 2012, I noticed the vibration on front wheel and handle whenever I apply the brake to slow on the highway. Of course, it got worst little by little and everyday. So I went to Acura dealer service to check the brake system. Acura tech said that the front brake rotors are heated and bent, so they changed the front rotors and pads. I have about 19000 miles on my car at that time.
Well, about a month ago / MAY. 2014 I started feel the vibration on front wheel and on the handle again whenever I apply the brake. So I went back to the same ACURA dealer service. and guess what? They said the same story like 2 years ago. I complained to the service adviser but of course they said it is not in warranty for brakes pads and rotors. I know that. but every 2 years for rotor changes? I have driven over 25 years from junk cars likes Dodge Omni to BMW. This is the first car I have to change the front brake rotors every 2 year / 20000 miles.
Oh well, sure that ACURA blamed me for bad driving habits... OMG.... I told them I am an aircraft maintenance technician for last 25 years....
Acura TL 2010 front brake calipers are probably not functioning well or they using cheap rotors.
