The paint has excessive checking. I noticed the paint appeared "funny" but didn't think an Acura vehicle would have a terrible paint job. When I took the car to the dealer's service station, they told me it was the worse they had ever seen and that Honda knows all about it. I was told in "good faith" Acura would cover 1/2 the cost of their $5900 price to reprint the car. After speaking to Acura corporate offices they said it was all they could do. Anyone with an Acura with any type of paint issues take it to the dealer while it is still under warranty and demand that it is corrected!
I only found one other complaint regarding this issue - but I am sure there are more spread the word.
