The contact owns a 2007 Acura TL. While driving 35 mph, the contact smelled a burnt odor coming from the vehicle. He inspected underneath the hood and discovered that most of the components were melted. The dealer informed the contact to wait a week until an engineer could properly inspect the vehicle. No repairs were made. The powertrain was unknown. The current and failure mileages were 2,500.
