Noticed some "lines in the dash outlining the airbag area on passenger side---over time it developed into a crack outlining the airbag entirely and now it is starting a new crack from glass to seat direction. This car was bought brand spanking new from Acura dealership in Clearwater - it still had all the factory paper and plastic over the entire car-- I also own a MDX (06) and I am disappointed in a luxury car with a price tag to match that looks like it belongs in the ghetto--- I saw the complaint from above and will be calling my dealership to see what can be done.
Parked the car overnight, and came out the next morning to a huge crack running from the windshield down to the glove box. The crack runs right next to where the air bag is in the dash. At this point the dealership has quoted a $2200 fix but said they may be able to work something out with corporate to offset the total cost. We'll see what happens with that. This is the second Acura we have owned both have had issues. Not a happy Acura owner right now to say the least.
