Dealership refuse to acknowledge my issues about the shatter windshield. My vehicle is a 22021and they put a 2019 part which is the rear windshield. Since my vehicle year is 2021 my vehicle doesn't fall under the TSB and I'm super frustrated. The customer service refuse to let me talk to someone higher up. She straight up tells me no and if I want to file a complaint with her. I told her f*ck no and this is really ridiculous and unbelievable how they treat their customer.
