So I just bought a certified 2018 Acura RDX, last month (March 2021). It has less than 22,000 miles on it.
From the 2nd day I had it, the steering wheel, when turned, makes a rubbing noise. I took it back to the dealership, and they told me on older models there was a bulletin and it was the clips on the airbag replaced - however on my year "it's perfectly normal" and employees cars make that same noise. They said its safe and nothing needs to be done. So basically I have to deal with this rubbing noise now for as long as I keep this vehicle!
Why hasn't Acura come out with a fix for this, as they did with the older models! I'm extremely upset!!
Can someone please point me in a direction I can go with this, being I only had this vehicle for 30 days and planned on keeping for over 5 years?
