I am a senior citizen and purchased 2018 Acura RDX Elite Model with AcuraLink FOR SAFETY AND SECURITY, BUT I AM TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED. Now I have just parked my vehicle and the km is only 3890. That is how serious this problem is. I cannot understand how Acura/Honda is in business after such horrible service.
â–ºEver since I purchased the Acura RDX Elite Model, AcuraLink has not been working. I complained to CAMVAP who investigated and the investigator was paid by Honda, so the report was biased. Acura gave me one year free subscription to pacify me, but the problem continued.
â–ºOn long weekend when I was on road, I tried to contact AcuraLink and it said my subscription was invalid even though I paid for one year.
â–ºI called the AcuraLink number and the message was the office is closed.
â–ºToday Aug 4, 2020 I called and nobody would answer the phone I tried several numbers 18889228729, 18002898585 and got the run around.
â–ºI sent an email last week and NO REPLY
My dear friend, enemies, relatives, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE, I REPEAT PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASED AN ACURA RDX. The car is repeatedly giving problems (as has been documented), and CAMVAP which is supposed to help consumers takes the side of Acura/Honda since CAMVAP is financed by Honda and so you can never get justice there.
â–ºACURA LINK is controlled in the USA and so very often the agents do not know Canadian address. So, in an emergency you are stuck on the road.
PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY ACURA. THE SERVICE IS THE WORST IN THE WORLD AND I HAVE DOCUMENTED THE EVIDENCE. WHAT MORE PROOF DO YOU WANT TO FALL INTO THEIR TRAP???
I BEG OF YOU PLEASE DO NOT BUY AN ACURA, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND YOU WILL DIE OF STRESS TRYING TO CALL ANY OF THEIR NUMBERS.
