Known problem with Acuras where the HandsFree unit goes bad and doesn't turn off, thus draining the battery. This is exactly what happened to me. My local dealer was asked to diagnose the problem and told me they could find nothing (even after I pointed out to them the many complaints and some class action lawsuits on the issue). I asked them to unplug the HandsFree unit to see whether that was the problem - and the battery draining immediately stopped. Now they want about $1,300 to replace the unit with another one...
