One of my headlights went out, so I took it to the shop to get the light replaced. Easy peasy, bust that sucker open and pop the new light in, right? No! Apparently there was a leak in the seal of the headlamp and, since the RDX has HID lights, I was told that the entire headlamp ($2,500 for parts and labor!) needed to be replaced otherwise moisture would continue to get into the headlamp and burn out the HID light. (In hindsight, is that true?! Unfortunately this happened just as my safety check needed to be renewed, so I paid for the repairs and moved on with my life.)
