I bought this 2017 Acura MDX in May 2020 with 17,000 miles on it. I drove it home from the dealership and parked it my garage. An hour later got in the car to leave and there was NO POWER. Called the dealership and they sent out a tow truck. The replaced the battery. I did not have any issues and got all recommended service done. My latest service was on August 25, 2021. I just paid $1100.00 for an oil change, along with replacing all four tires and battery. All my service is done at Honda of America Mfg 24000 Honda Pkwy, Marysville, OH.
So today me and my son went to get some gas. I filled up, then we got back in the car to leave and there was NO POWER. The lights would not turn on nothing. I called my husband and he had the other key fob. He came up to the car and pushed the unlock button then the lights flickered, then I could start the car. I drove about 3 miles home with no issue and parked it in the garage. I turned it off and went into the house. I changed the key fob battery, got back in the car and again NO POWER!! Now the other key fob won't work and the tow truck is on the way to take it back to service center. AND I AM PISSED!!!
