Well I did not have this in mind when I spent $50,000 on a friking car. I can not believe company like Honda can not get a suspension right. I have been to dealership twice, first they replaced right side strut and now left side strut. I still hear this annoying rattling sound from the back. On top of that all 4 tires are cupped. jeez let me connect the dots. cupped tires in less than 20k miles, guess what is the reason for cupped tires. BAD Suspensions. I am on my way for third visit to dealership. I am not giving up until they fix this sh*t.

I purchased a 2016 Acura MDX that was suppose to be my dream vehicle. Little did I know it would be my nightmare vehicle. The first month was great. The second month I began to hear a noise coming from the rear of the car, and it started riding rough. I adjusted the air in the tires. No luck. I took this vehicle in every month for five months. They say it is no different from any other MDX. In that case, you should know before you purchase an MDX that it rattles in the rear end, and the ride has become so rough that it sounds like a 10 year old vehicle.

I have looked at the complaints on the internet "MDX noises" for earlier models, and this is exactly how it sounds. They had a problem in 2014, and they have not corrected it. In fact, they claim they cannot even hear it. My attorney and local mechanic can hear is very clearly! Before you purchase an Acura MDX, you should look on complaint sites and be aware of all these details.

As soon as I drove the vehicle off the lot and went over bumps in the road I heard thumping noises from the suspension.I traded in a 2007MDX which never had this problem. After a short trip of Approx. 800 miles it never improved. I reported the problem to Acura dealer. They inspected the suspension, on the surface everything was fine. They have sense replaced the rear Shocks and Struts. Problem still exists.

The service manager informed me that Acura was working on a fix, although I have not had any confirmation in writing of that from Acura or the dealer. I've been on Acura web site and have found that they had the same problem on some 2014, 2015 MDX models. Seems to me that a fix would have been found by now. After $47000+ feel like I'm riding in an old P/U. If I could I'd give the car back as I feel like I may have to live with this.
