This Acura has been a total pain from the beginning as the phone won't connect without turning off the phone and then back on.... the retracting steering works intermittently.... Then the cruise control and the lane departure stopped working all together.... All things reported to Acura service and to date nothing has been fixed as they don't know what to do.
The service manager doesn't know the car and can't answer questions factually. When asked about the auto engine control he had no idea when it was supposed to work and finally went to the manual to look it up and even then he couldn't explain it to me. They have no idea as to at what speeds the cruise control should be able to operate.
I am on a 3 year lease which is about to expire and none of the above problems have been solved and if they had been solved I most like would have leased or bought another as do like the way it drives. I like the car and believe the problems are solvable but think the service department is totally inept. Very frustrating having a $60,000 car with these problems which should be able to be solved.
