2014 Acura MDX. Consumer writes in regards to defective voice control system. The consumer stated the voice control system dud not understand his voice or his wife's voice. The dealer could not explain the control features.

The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure.
