Problem large found to be a cheap little hose on the top of the fuel tank which ended up costing months of aggravation plus 113. Then $150. Then 1,202.02 to finally fix a cheap little leaking hose.
This at about $1,500 or so total cost plus four trips to dealerships is the end of this problem and probably my last Acura.
The part that failed was a short piece of vacuum hose but due to either faulty material or poor installation the hose leaked and it took four dealership trips and about $1,500 to fix. DfcZ
