Within the first four months there has been an active short in the audio system. If I drive for an extensive period of time there is a short in the audio covering the CD,DVD,XM, and Radio. It's like listening to the radio and someone turns the volume all the way down. The audio would continue but you will miss a part of it. It's like a scratch CD.
I have reported this to different dealerships from Valley Stream Acura, Curry Acura, Acura of Westchester, and Acura of Manhattan. All were unable to find the issue. Each said to bring the car in when it is happening. What's the chances of that happening, your on your way to church and have to take the car in, what's the likeliness you would be seen. As of 11/04/14 I am over 200,000 miles for 2009 MDX.
