- the contact stated that while driving his 2005 Honda Acura MDX at 40 mph, the contact's daughter put the driver's side rear seat belt around her neck, then let the seat belt go; the seat belt retracted, which in turn began to strangle her. The seatbelt would not release, it just got tighter around her neck. Onstar had to be called. The seatbelt had to be cut to release her neck.
