The driver side power window stopped going down. All other windows OK. Took apart the door panel and all wiring. Removed the window and window regulator just to get to the motor. Motor OK when I applied 12 volts. Connected switch and the window was trying to go up but couldn't because the switch must have been stuck in AUTO. This makes the motor get hot and not letting the window go down. The switch is very expensive at the dealers, and the parts stores don't carry them. Waiting for one to come up on e-Bay.
